Building in more than one collection? Full Moon covers all four and works out cheaper — no pressure either way.
A plan is a rental. Buying a product outright is ownership. The two do not
cancel each other out.
While a plan runs, everything it covers is yours to download — updates and new
releases the day they land. Anything you bought on its own stays yours whatever
happens to the plan: it keeps working, it is never counted against you, and you
never pay for it twice. A plan is simply the cheaper way to have a lot at once.
Pick the one collection you build in, or take the whole shop — the boxes below
say exactly what each plan covers.

Systems is scripts, UI and icons. Cityscape is interiors, maps and props. Wardrobe is clothing and textures. Garage is complete vehicles.
All four collections at once, priced below any two of them, and support that answers you first.
Adds to Blue Moon: new work before anyone else sees it, a say in what gets built next, and a price that never changes.
You keep the price you joined at, for as long as you stay. A rise applies to new subscribers only — leave and you rejoin at whatever it costs then.
Move between plans whenever you like. Tebex prorates the difference.
Tebex handles the money, including VAT, and you cancel from your own Tebex account rather than by asking us.
Anything that falls inside what you subscribe to is included the day it goes up, at no extra cost.
Every plan carries the role that matches it, granted when the subscription starts and removed when it ends.
One server, plus your development and staging setups.
While a plan is active, every escrowed product in it is granted to your Cfx.re Keymaster account and starts normally.
Those grants are removed, so escrowed resources stop working. Open-source products cannot be switched off — there the license ends, not the file.
Tebex cannot tell two grants for one product apart, so canceling can strip a copy you bought outright. Nothing in a plan should overlap what you own — tell us if it does.
When commissions are open they are taken a few at a time, so each one gets proper attention: you tell me what you have in mind and get a straight answer about scope, price and timing before anything starts.
A system built to your spec, on your framework, with the config and documentation you would expect from a released resource.
Interiors, edits and set dressing — a new build, or reworking something you already own until it feels right.
Custom clothing, skin details and texture work made for your server, sorted and installed the way your setup expects.
A site for your server or community — designed, built and handed over ready to upload. No page builder, no monthly fee to me.
| License | One purchase covers one live server, plus your own development and staging setups. A second live server, or a second community, needs its own license — see the Terms. |
|---|---|
| Updates | Included for as long as you own the product, or as long as a plan covering it runs, delivered through Tebex to the account that bought it. |
| Support | Three ways in, all landing in the same Discord ticket: the contact form, the live chat bubble, or a ticket in our Discord. A small team of moderators answers first and knows these products properly; anything they cannot settle goes to Nata, who built the thing. |
| Source | Open where it matters. Config, locales and every file you are expected to touch stay readable and editable, escrowed or not. |
| Your data | What you send through the contact form or the chat is used to answer you and nothing else — the Privacy page says exactly what is kept and for how long. |
| Who we are | Names, address and contact details are in the Impressum, as EU law requires. |
| Requirements | Listed on each product page — framework, dependencies and anything that has to be installed first. Setup steps are in the documentation. |
| Refunds | None on digital goods, and never automatic — not for a change of mind, and not for a product page that went unread. The one exception is a mistake of ours: broken, not as described, or it will not run on the framework its page lists. Statutory rights are separate, on the Refunds page. |
Everything in this shop is made by me — the scripts, the interiors, the clothing, the textures, and this website. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is resold, and nothing here is a reskin of somebody else's work.
I played through a handful of cities and servers, enjoyed them, and still kept thinking I would have done that differently. Buying is nothing to be ashamed of — I just wanted the things to be exactly how I pictured them, so I built my own.
No studio behind this. It is also why every product ships with a manual: I have been the one staring at somebody else's undocumented resource at 2am, and I would rather nobody else had to.
If I am making these things anyway, other servers may as well be able to use them. My own vision, built once, properly — and then shared.
Nothing from MoonHavenRP is sold here. The server keeps its own systems. Everything in Mooniez Store is built specifically for the shop, from scratch — not ported, not reused. What the server gave me is the experience, not the files.
A small team of moderators helps in Discord and they know these products properly. Anything they cannot settle comes straight to me.

A seat kept warm for the next person on the team — name and face go in here when there is one.
Avatars go in when you have them — until then everyone wears the shop's mark.
No reskinned leaks, no bought base with a new logo. If it is in the shop, it was written or built here.
The manual is public before the product is. If it cannot be explained, it is not finished.
Some things are given away whole, not crippled. That is the sample, and it is the real quality.
Including “no, this will not do what you want”. That answer costs nothing and saves an afternoon.
The roleplay server. A different project with a different look, and the reason half of this exists.
Support, release notes and the occasional look at what is half-built. Tickets are answered here.
Closed for now while the shop's first releases are built — the page shows what gets made when it opens.
Write to us here, or come to Discord — both land in the same place, so use whichever you like. Questions before buying are welcome and get an honest answer, including “no, that is not what this does”.
Open a ticket in our Discord and you get a private channel with us in it. The fastest of the three, and the easiest place to drop a console log or a screenshot. The answer stays in that channel.
Open a ticketThe bubble in the corner. What you type opens the same ticket, and the reply comes back to the bubble while you are on the page. Leave a Discord name or an email with it and we can still reach you afterwards.
team@moonhavenrp.com reaches the same two people. Slower than a ticket and harder to attach a log to, but it works without a Discord account and it is the address in our legal pages.
Closed for now — the queue is full while the shop's own releases are being built. Write anyway if you want to be told when it reopens, and you will be first in line rather than first in a pile.

Before filling this in. This is the one page that cannot be vague: EU law requires a real, servable postal address, and each country has its own statutory citation for it. If you would rather not publish a home address, a business address service costs a few euros a month and satisfies the requirement properly. The citation your country uses goes here: FILL IN.

Registered as a small business rather than VAT-liable? Say so here instead of giving a VAT ID, in whatever wording your own country requires. Note also that Tebex may act as merchant of record and handle VAT on the sale — confirm which applies to your store, because this line has to match what actually happens at checkout.

This shop is run by FILL IN, reachable at team@moonhavenrp.com. Full details are in the Impressum.
In the wording the GDPR uses, that makes them the controller — the person who decides what happens to your data and answers for it. It is an ugly word for a simple thing, and the law insists on naming it, so there it is.
This site is hosted by FILL IN. Like every web host, it writes down each request that reaches the server: your IP address, the time, the page you asked for, and which browser and system you used. That is how a site stays online and how an attack on it gets noticed.
We keep those logs because running a working site is a fair reason to — the GDPR calls that a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), which simply means we did not need to ask permission for something this basic. You can object to it, and the “your rights” box below says how.
To do: get the data processing agreement from the host and name it here.
Your light or dark choice. Stored in your browser under mooniez-theme so the site looks the way you left it. It never leaves your device and we never read it.
Whether you closed the notice in the corner. Stored under mooniez-notice, for the same reason: so it does not ask you twice. Also never sent anywhere.
There is no analytics, no advertising and no profiling on this site.
The page currently loads Google Fonts from Google’s servers, which sends your IP address to Google. EU courts and data protection authorities have held that doing so without consent is unlawful. The fix is to self-host the font files, which removes the problem rather than papering over it with a consent banner.
What you type — your message and the email address or Discord name you give us — is used to answer you and for nothing else. It reaches us as a ticket in our Discord server, so Discord processes it too; see Discord’s own privacy policy. If you are writing about something you bought, we are allowed to use your message because answering it is part of the sale (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you are just asking a question, we use it because replying to people who write to us is a fair reason to (Art. 6(1)(f)). Either way it is deleted after FILL IN.
Payment, invoicing and delivery run through Tebex, and we never see your card details. What Tebex does with your data is governed by Tebex’s privacy policy. Licensing an escrowed product also involves your Cfx.re account.
Two of the services this shop depends on are outside the EU. A support message becomes a ticket in Discord, and a purchase runs through Tebex; both process data in the United States among other places.
Sending data out of the EU is only allowed if something is in place to protect it on the other side. For both of these that is the EU's standard contract for data transfers — a fixed set of clauses the provider signs up to — and, where the provider is certified for it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Both of those change over time, so their current status has to be checked before launch: FILL IN.
If you are outside the EU, you can still exercise every right below. We do not operate a two-tier version of this.
You can ask us, at any time and without giving a reason:
— what we hold about you, and for a copy of it
— to correct it if it is wrong
— to delete it
— to stop using it while a disagreement is sorted out
— to hand it over in a form you can take elsewhere
— to stop entirely, where we are relying on that “fair reason” above
Those are Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, and asking costs nothing. Write to team@moonhavenrp.com.
If you think we have got it wrong and we are not fixing it, you can complain to the data protection authority for your own country or region — the public body that supervises this. You do not need us or a lawyer to do that.

The shop sells to anyone, anywhere. Two different sets of rules are involved and it is worth knowing which is which.
The sale is handled by Tebex, which in most setups is the seller of record. That means Tebex — not us — carries the consumer law of the country you are buying from, and collects whatever VAT or sales tax applies there. Confirm your own Tebex configuration: FILL IN.
The license is ours and is the same everywhere: one live server plus your own development and staging setups, no redistribution, whatever country you run it in.
The law. The shop is run from the EU, and the law of the country the seller is established in governs these terms — named in the Impressum. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your own country still apply on top and nothing here removes them, wherever in the world you are — EU, UK, US or anywhere else.
These terms cover products sold as Mooniez Store. Checkout, payment and delivery are handled by Tebex, which in most setups is the merchant of record — confirm this in your Tebex account and state it plainly here, because it decides who the contract is with and who owes the VAT.
A license to use the product on one live server, plus your own development and staging setups. A second live server, or a second community, needs its own license.
Some products are escrowed through Cfx.re Keymaster and some are open source; every product page says which. Escrow is a technical protection, not a change to these terms.
Resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, modified or not. Leaking a product ends the license immediately and without a refund.
You may modify a product for your own server. Open-source products additionally allow whatever their own license file allows, and that file wins wherever it is more permissive than this page.
A subscription is access for as long as it is paid. Canceling removes the Cfx.re grants for escrowed products in that plan and those resources stop running. Products bought outright are a separate purchase and are unaffected.
Prices can change for new subscribers. A Full Moon subscription keeps the price it started at for as long as it runs without interruption.
Updates are included while you own a product, or while a plan covering it runs. Support covers the product doing what its page says it does — not conflicts with third-party resources we have never seen, and not custom work.
Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise it is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. FILL IN — have this clause checked, it is the one that matters when something goes wrong.
Governing law is set out at the top of this page. Where you live may give you rights that law does not, and those still apply.
Refunds. None on digital goods, because a download cannot be returned, and never automatic — a request is not a refund. A change of mind is not a refund reason and neither is not having read the product page. The single exception is a mistake of ours: broken, not as described, or it does not run on the framework its page lists. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they exist, are separate and set out on the Refunds page.
Draft — not legal advice. Every FILL IN below has to be completed, and the whole text checked against a current generator (eRecht24, activeMind) or a lawyer before this site takes money. It is written to be filled in, not to be trusted as it stands.
EU, EEA and the UK. As a consumer there you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. That is the statutory right this page is about.
Everywhere else. There is usually no statutory withdrawal right for digital goods — in the United States, for instance, there is none. What does apply to you is the promise at the bottom of this page, which is ours and has no borders: a product that does not do what its page says gets fixed or refunded.
Because Tebex is the seller of record, the refund mechanics run through Tebex and follow the rules of the country you bought from. We can and do tell them to refund you.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as delivery starts — but only if you expressly agreed to it starting and acknowledged that you lose the right (EU distance selling law, as implemented nationally). Tebex has to collect that agreement at checkout. Check that it does: without it the fourteen days keep running and a refund can be demanded even after the download.
Tell us in plain words — email team@moonhavenrp.com or a message through the contact page — that you are withdrawing. One sentence is enough. We refund within fourteen days by the same means you paid.
Outside the statutory rights above, we do not refund digital goods — not for a change of mind, and not because something was bought without reading what it says it is. A refund is never automatic: these are digital goods, delivered instantly, and they cannot be handed back.
The exception is a mistake of ours. If a product is broken, not as described, or will not run on the framework its page lists, tell us: it gets fixed, or refunded if fixing it is not possible. That is not a legal right being granted, it is how the shop is run — and it has no borders.

Hi — ask anything. The answer comes back right here in the bubble, and the same conversation opens as a ticket in our Discord so nothing gets lost. Closing the page? Leave your Discord name or an email and we will reach you there instead.
